Job Summary
The AI Governance Specialist is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing and operationalizing core components of Carrier's enterprise AI governance program.
This role leads risk evaluation of AI tools and use cases, develops governance frameworks and standard work, and serves as a subject matter expert to the AI Review Board (AIRB) and cross-functional stakeholders.
The Specialist operates with significant autonomy — owning workstreams end-to-end, shaping program maturity, and advising leadership on governance posture and remediation strategy.

Key Requirements

Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts
Experience conducting or leading risk assessments for technology or AI systems
