Job Summary
The Managing Director is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of Duke Energy’s material distribution centers, transportation logistics, and enterprise-wide material flow.
This position leads a workforce of more than 100 employees and partners with third‑party logistics providers, jointly developing commercial terms and scopes of work.
The role is accountable for optimizing Duke Energy’s $3–4B in annual material flow and managing a departmental budget of $40M+ and total spend exceeding $70M.
