As a senior leader within Nasdaq FinTech, the Head of Sales Operations will be accountable for driving the Sales Performance Management, and Strategic Execution across a Global Sales Operations organization.
The central focus of this role is to modernize and streamline Sales Operations by leveraging AI, automation, and data driven insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes end to end.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in sales compensation and quota management, strong command of booking policy governance in complex, regulated environments, and the leadership presence required to set direction, influence senior stakeholders, and lead a globally distributed team.
