As a Trust Associate III, you will be responsible for working on client relationships and ensuring excellent client service and delivery to the client base, managing a book of clients involved with Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities.
Key responsibilities include day-to-day operations, reporting delivery, creating technical report specifications from indenture language, setting up payment calculations, receiving and reconciling collateral data, and performing portfolio compliance tests.

Hourly range for new hires is generally $36.73 - $45.38 for Bloomington, MN; Hourly range for new hires is generally $39.93 - $49.32 for Boston, MA; Salary amount is determined by specific job location; In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
