Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, responding to and resolving inquiries and incidents related to network security and performance.
Compare traffic signatures and attributes including IP addresses, cookie variations, HTTP headers, and JavaScript footprints to determine what is good traffic and what is malicious.
Work with Engineering and Product teams to improve products and tools.

Network security and performance troubleshooting
DDoS mitigation OSI layers 3, 4, & 7
Firewall rules and SSL/TLS configuration
TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, BGP protocols
Anycast routing concepts and implementation
Packet capture analysis
Web Application Firewall (WAF) usage

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Relevant certifications (CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, GCFE or equivalent)
