Must-have
10+ years progressive quality experience
5+ years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Deep understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC
Experience with NHTSA and RVIA compliance
Nice-to-have
Master's degree or MBA preferred
ASQ CQE, CQM, or Six Sigma certifications
Experience in automotive or aerospace industries
Lean and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
10+ years total quality experience
5+ years in a leadership role
Proven QMS management and audit experience
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and CAPA methodologies
