Job Summary
The Head of Asset Management (REO) is responsible for leading the end-to-end asset management and sales strategy of repossessed real estate assets, with full accountability for the monetization and value maximization of the portfolio.
Lead, develop, and manage a team of ~50 FTEs, fostering a high-performance culture, promoting collaboration across functions, and ensuring accountability for both operational excellence and portfolio results.
