This internship offers an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ITIL, IT service management, and application support—working alongside seasoned engineers who ensure seamless business operations every day.
Interns will be onsite at the Birmingham headquarters and will participate in application support processes, stakeholder communication, and use of ITSM and GenAI tools.
The role includes assisting with user guides, small application fixes, and learning to automate processes using low/no code platforms.

ITIL and IT service management
Application incident resolution
Use of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Stakeholder communication
Use of low/no code platforms
Application/code troubleshooting with GenAI tools

Key Requirements
Working on a BS degree in computer science or related field
