The professional will be responsible for contract templates and advising on contracting matters related to privacy, including R&D contracts relating to global clinical trials, product development, and general vendor contracts.
This person will be engaged in advisory related to a landmark project aimed to streamline our clinical data processes to enable high quality, data flows in a sustainable way.
The position offers an exciting opportunity to join an evolving Contracts team, supporting a global business to draft, negotiate, and advise internal stakeholders on data protection and privacy agreements.
