Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for customer satisfaction in one of our two restaurants in the evening (restaurant/bar).
  • You will ensure a warm and personalized welcome for our clientele, build good relationships, listen, advise, and retain them.
  • Benefits include a base salary according to the contract's pay scale, a thirteenth month without seniority conditions, variable remuneration on objectives, and double food allowances.

Salary

Base: in function of the remuneration grid of the contract; Bonus/Equity: variable remuneration on objectives up to €100.00 gross/month; Benefits: Double food allowances (€8.50 per working day), collective profit-sharing up to €2,300/year gross & participation, employee savings plan (up to €1300 bonus per year), 7/7 listening and support line, mutual insurance & prévoyance, Heartist card with discounts, 50% transport ticket coverage or parking space.
