Must-have
Extensive US tax experience in complex multinational environment
End-to-end US tax operations and advisory across Federal and State taxes
Experience leading five-person tax teams covering Federal, State, and LATAM
Management of outsourced US tax compliance and related filings
Proactive identification of emerging risks and opportunities in Federal and State Taxes
Nice-to-have
Strong M&A transaction experience preferred
Ability to influence multiple internal partners including Treasury and Legal
Trusted advisor capability providing clear commercial recommendations to senior leaders
Experience managing uncertain tax positions and delivering successful audit outcomes
Key Requirements
JD degree and LLM in tax preferred
CPA certificate preferred or required without JD
Demonstrable experience in leading all aspects of end-to-end US tax matters
