The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding protected health information and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, measuring vital signs, observing skin conditions, and promptly reporting any changes in resident status to the Nurse Supervisor.

Must-have

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Perform safe patient lifting and transfer techniques

Key Requirements
