Job Summary

• The TIPS program allows participants to get to know three different somatic specialist areas of the EvKB, learn relevant aspects of clinical care, and gain confidence in their role as a nursing professional in a clinical care setting.
• Participants will rotate through various wards in Internal Medicine, Operative Medicine, and Neurology, attend training days on selected topics, and benefit from continuous support in their professional development.
• Upon successful completion of the trainee program, participants will receive a permanent employment contract in their chosen area of work, along with an above-average starting salary of at least €3,761.31 gross per month for a full-time position.
