Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting all accidents or changes in condition to supervisors.
The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information while assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and meal support.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans

Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Demonstrate ability to solve practical problems
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products required
