Key Requirements

  • 5+ Years Residential Mortgage loan experience
  • Management experience 5+ years
  • Familiarity with FNMA DU and FHLMC LP
  • CMB certification FHA DE and / or VA LAPP designations
  • Loan Originator eligibility under Regulation Z and SAFE Act
  • NMLS registration eligibility
