Job Summary

  • This position supports the Total Rewards/Global Benefits function and will be responsible for various aspects of program management and administration across the full spectrum of benefits.
  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes data, metrics, and statistics related to employee benefits and various policies, partnering with People Analytics to develop and maintain dashboards.
  • Supports the development and implementation of a standardized global benefits framework, assists in maintaining country-specific benefits profiles, and provides benefits support for merger & acquisition activities.
