Key Requirements

  • J.D. from accredited law school
  • Active bar license
  • Minimum 20 years legal experience
  • At least 15 years food law experience
  • Experience with FDA and USDA/FSIS procedures
  • Meaningful experience with CFIA
  • Leadership experience managing legal teams
