The position requires 100% nationwide travel with a schedule of four days per week on the road and one remote workday.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 years automotive or dealership experience
1 year Fixed Ops Parts/Service experience
Nationwide weekly overnight travel capability
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong verbal and presentation skills
Nice-to-have
Fixed Ops Advisor or Manager background
Experience with Salesforce or Cox products
Prior experience leading client trainings
Proactive mindset with stretch opportunity willingness
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years automotive/dealership experience
At least 1 year Fixed Ops (Parts/Service) experience
Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
