Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2 years automotive or dealership experience
  • 1 year Fixed Ops Parts/Service experience
  • Nationwide weekly overnight travel capability
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills

Nice-to-have

  • Fixed Ops Advisor or Manager background
  • Experience with Salesforce or Cox products
  • Prior experience leading client trainings
  • Proactive mindset with stretch opportunity willingness

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years automotive/dealership experience
  • At least 1 year Fixed Ops (Parts/Service) experience
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
