Essential duties include supervising therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, providing direct care, assuring resident rehabilitation needs are met, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and policies.
The DOR must be proficient in computer skills, possess strong reasoning and language abilities, and maintain required licenses and certifications, including CPR.
