Orchestrate and facilitate weekly Executive Leadership Team (XLT) meetings, owning agendas, documenting issues, tracking to-dos, and driving follow-through.
Own the Company Scorecard, monitoring high-level KPIs and performance trends, surfacing insights, flagging risks early, and partnering with leaders to maintain a rigorously data-driven operating culture.
