Key Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in Psychology or Industrial Engineering
  • 5 years of experience as a Human Factors professional
  • Certified Human Factors Professional or Certified User Experience Professional desirable
  • Experience in forensic field, experimental design, safety consulting, statistical analysis
  • Experience with research and application of regulations and standards
  • Experience with human-computer interaction, human factors and product design, occupational biomechanics, cognitive engineering and/or work physiology
  • Ability to manage and prioritize time
