Job Summary
This role is to enhance agency communications for deeper understanding and better engagement from salesforce, driving sales performance towards company’s business objective.
Build creative communication plan for Agency Division, enhance current online communication channels and apply new initiatives into communication activities in order to increase engagement and participation of salesforce.
Recruit, develop and coach direct reports for performance, conduct and document staff performance review and appraisal on a regular basis, provide timely feedback for improvement.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration
4-5 years working experience in Communications
Experience in insurance or healthcare industry is an advantage
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, result-oriented and organized
Capable of problem analysis and problem resolution
