Must-have
Bachelor's degree in related field
3-5 years healthcare experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Knowledge of TJC CMS TDH regulations
Ability to prioritize patient issues
Nice-to-have
Bilingual language abilities preferred
Patient Advocacy or hospitality experience
Experience with SharePoint and Excel
Mediation and coaching skills
Proactive and creative problem solving
Key Requirements
