Job Summary

  • Drive podium landscaping revenue growth by building strategic relationships with contractors, identifying and securing new project opportunities, and increasing conversion rates on current bids.
  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline of podium and roof-level landscaping opportunities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, developers, and landscape architects.
  • Act as the commercial conscience of the division—balancing margin protection with strategic pricing.
