Must-have

Supervise nursing assistants on assigned shift
Complete detailed medical charting and documentation
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
Coordinate resident admission transfer and discharge
Participate in government facility surveys and inspections

Ability to handle difficult residents tactfully
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Willingness to work beyond normal hours
Experience with PCC software preferred
Maintain positive atmosphere for residents and families
Key Requirements
Current unencumbered LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or Nursing Degree
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
