Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building and Repairing of Ships and Boats Position Title: Administrative Executive (Admin & Procurement) Working Location: Pioneer Sector 1 Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth administrative workflows and provide timely support for staff activities. Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy access to information and proper record-keeping. Accurately enter data related to accounts to assist with financial tracking and reporting. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs), and track supplier order status to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Work with internal departments to gather procurement needs and simplify the purchasing process. Help source suppliers by obtaining quotations and comparing prices to support cost-effective purchasing decisions. Any ad hoc duties assigned APPLY NOW!!! Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management software to handle and analyze administrative and procurement data effectively. At least 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field to demonstrate ability in managing office operations and procurement tasks. Preferably holds a Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in office skills or a related field to assist in administrative and procurement functions.
