Job Summary

  • The Cost Researcher is a critical "First Responder" in our data-to-product lifecycle, responsible for obtaining, verifying, and validating cost data through direct market engagement and digital research tools.
  • Primary responsibilities include strategic market outreach to manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors, data integrity and validation against historical trends and market logic, and forensic documentation to ensure data provenance.
  • Gordian is the world's leading provider of facility and construction cost data, software and services for all phases of the building lifecycle, and is part of the international business group Fortive.
