Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily functions such as mouth care, bathing, dressing, and undressing as necessary.
  • Transport residents to new rooms or to the receiving area and assist with loading/unloading residents to/from vehicles as necessary.
