This position is primarily responsible for managing the risks associated with Post Closing, Mortgage Insuring, MERS, Booking, Delivery and Loan Securitization for residential loans.
The incumbent manages several teams, coordinates workflow, and resolves escalated issues that arise during the final stages of the loan process.
Contributes to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs alignment with directives from the Bank, OCC, CFPB and other regulatory agencies to mitigate risk.
