DePuy Synthes is seeking a Director of Product Management for its Hips division to lead new product introductions across a global supply chain. Job Summary

  • The purpose of this leadership position is to orchestrate New Product Introduction for Hips across the end-to-end supply chain in order to achieve committed launch dates and an efficient and sustainable supply chain for the lifecycle of a product in alignment with the Product Value Streams.
  • The Director Product Management will be responsible for influencing key product development attributes (manufacturability, sustainability, controls/process capability, network/capacity planning) to achieve targeted quality, reliability, cost and growth goals.
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program and offers various time off benefits including vacation, sick time, holidays, and parental leave.
