Develops, implements, and manages performance measures to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the Merchandising Execution Team (MET).
Drives continuous process improvement and leads Lean Six Sigma projects within MET to deliver Productivity in collaboration with MET field, internal business partners, and suppliers.
Develops, coaches, and trains direct reports to deliver results consistent with strategy and best in class operations support.
