Job Summary
Provides ongoing mental health and psychosocial client services, including screening and assessing client needs and determining relevant treatment plans.
Initiates or participates in community development initiatives and PHC initiatives evaluation within site.
Promotes quality health care outcomes working within established standards of practice to ensure that clients receive a high standard of primary health care.
