Summary: The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily hotel security operations to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, contractors, visitors, and hotel assets. The role supports the Facility Manager in implementing security policies, supervising security personnel, managing incident response, and maintaining a safe and secure environment in compliance with hotel standards and Singapore regulations. The Security Supervisor plays a key role in risk prevention, emergency preparedness, and operational safety. 1. Security Operations & Supervision Supervise and coordinate daily activities of outsourced security personnel. Ensure all security operations are carried out in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including public areas, back-of-house, and perimeter. Monitor access control, CCTV systems, and alarm systems to ensure proper functioning and response. Enforce security and access control procedures for employees, guests, contractors, vendors, and deliveries. 2. Safety & Incident Management Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, fire alarms, and disturbances. Investigate security breaches, theft, accidents, or suspicious activities and prepare incident reports. Ensure timely escalation of serious incidents to Management and emergency services such as police, fire department, medical team and relevant authorities. Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, investigations, and follow-up actions. 3. Guest & Staff Safety Ensure a safe and secure environment for all hotel guests and staff at all times. Handle guest complaints related to safety and security professionally and discreetly. Assist in crowd control during events, peak periods, or emergency situations. Support evacuation procedures and emergency drills in coordination with management. Support implementation of workplace safety initiatives and emergency preparedness programmes. 4.
