Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for planning, providing professional advice, and delivering practical tender support to drive success in pricing, tenders, and contracting.
  • Key accountabilities include setting and driving tender strategy, building competitive tender value, and developing competitive, value-based specification proposals.
  • The Tender Manager will lead and build a Cross-Functional Team, manage tender data, and build tender capability for Sales teams and other cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field

  • Strong persuasion, communication, negotiation skills
  • Data analysis ability
  • Process planning and leadership skills
