You will monitor supplier performance indicators and drive the annual Supplier Performance Evaluation process to identify and address low-performing suppliers.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical/Process/Materials Engineering, Polymer Science, or Chemistry
10+ years of QA or supplier development experience

Deep knowledge of Quality and Continuous Improvement tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
