Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
1-2 years experience in audit or finance
Fluency in Kazakh, English, and Russian
Nice-to-have
ACCA or CFA candidacy or membership
Knowledge of IFRS standards
Proficiency with AI and GenAI tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or Mathematics
1–2 years relevant experience in external audit or corporate finance
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Kazakh, English, and Russian
