Job Summary

  • Own and articulate the product vision and strategy for ServiceNow HRSD Lifecycle Events, conducting market research and trend analysis to identify best practices.
  • Serve as the primary executive-facing point of contact for the end-to-end employee transition experience, building trusted partnerships with HR business leaders and IT.
  • Translate product strategy into epics, features, and a prioritized product backlog, performing hands-on business analysis and leading functional testing for transition workflows.
