5+ years equity compensation experience

SOX-aligned control execution and audit support

Third-party vendor coordination and data reconciliation

Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on equity administration experience
Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit documentation
