Job Summary

  • You will be educating plan sponsor employees on their 401(k) plan to achieve client desired outcomes, i.e. increase participation, boost deferrals, and optimize asset allocation.
  • The role covers clients using Mercer’s 3(16) and 3(38) outsourced solutions including the Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) as well as 3(21) advisory services, so the role interacts with various internal groups such as client service managers, consultants and sales teams.
