Job Summary
The IRC is committed to improving program quality by addressing systemic inequalities and promoting equal outcomes for diverse populations through inclusive program design and delivery.
The GEDI and Safeguarding Manager will lead the implementation of gender equality and safeguarding strategies, provide training, and support both IRC staff and partners to ensure safe and equitable programming.
The role involves fostering a safe and respectful work environment by promoting staff wellbeing, safeguarding-sensitive practices, and coordinating multi-sectoral cooperation with various stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field
4 years professional experience in gender, diversity, inclusion, protection, safeguarding or HR
At least 1 year supervisory experience with violence survivors or community work
