Technical expertise in CRM, Data Architecture, AI/ML
Managing executive relationships including C-Level
Driving onboarding and consumption of Data Cloud & Agentforce
Collaboration with sales and engineering teams
Strong communication skills at executive level
Knowledge of Salesforce platform and Martech stack

Key Requirements
7+ years in customer-facing roles with Data, Analytics, AI, and CRM
Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin level certifications
English proficiency written and verbal
Experience managing complex selling organizations
Deep understanding of industry-specific data architectures
Experience with modern cloud data platforms and AI/ML concepts
