Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years in engineering or manufacturing
Root cause corrective action (RCCA) experience
Knowledge of PCBA and harnessing design review
Experience with FMEA, V&V, APQP, and PPAP
Program Quality Management Plan (QMP) creation
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
AS9100/ISO 9001 QMS knowledge
DoD Program of Records experience
IPC standards working knowledge
Teamcenter or Siemens NX familiarity
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Must be able to obtain US security clearance
7+ years in aerospace/defense or complex hardware
Proven RCCA leadership using 8D or DMAIC
Work Rights
Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance
