  • Assist the Manager of Preview Centre ensuring the Preview Centre’s Sales Team attains defined sales targets, recruitment, training, development and retention of Vacation Consultants.
  • Ensure the profitability of the Preview Operations by exceeding sales revenue targets, at or below budgeted costs.
  • Manage in a timely manner any Guest concerns or complaints either at the front desk or in conjunction with any relevant departments.
