Job Summary

  • The Senior Corporate Counsel will serve as the primary legal partner supporting the Company’s Marketing, Information Technology, and Procurement functions – providing strategic, business focused legal guidance across a broad spectrum of commercial matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including marketing services agreements, technology licensing and SaaS contracts, software development and hosting agreements, and purchasing and supply chain contracts.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure compliance with advertising, consumer protection, promotional, and digital marketing laws and regulations, including proper use of trademarks and brand assets.
