Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Counsel will serve as the primary legal partner supporting the Company’s Marketing, Information Technology, and Procurement functions – providing strategic, business focused legal guidance across a broad spectrum of commercial matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including marketing services agreements, technology licensing and SaaS contracts, software development and hosting agreements, and purchasing and supply chain contracts.
Partner with Marketing to ensure compliance with advertising, consumer protection, promotional, and digital marketing laws and regulations, including proper use of trademarks and brand assets.
