Job Summary

• The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing health care services to patients within the parameters of a standard care or supervisory agreement with an attending physician member of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
• Advanced Practice Providers on the EGS team are essential clinical partners who contribute to excellence in patient care, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• The Emergency General Surgery (EGS) service provides inpatient surgical care for patients presenting with urgent and complex general surgery conditions.

• Master of Science Degree in Nursing

• Masters Prepared; Graduate of a PA-C program
• Eligibility for State of Ohio licensure as a PA-C
