Key Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of working experience
  • Degree/diploma in statistics/data analytics/computer science
  • Create complex formulas and nested functions
  • Develop dynamic dashboards and interactive reports
  • Design and maintain complex financial models
  • Work with large datasets and optimize spreadsheet performance
  • Familiar with real estate department enterprise management business
