Job Summary

  • The Senior Accountant, Property Services will be an integral part of our Property Accounting Team and responsible for the day-to-day property accounting functions in addition to overseeing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Assist external reporting team with the preparation and review of reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and with the Internal Revenue Service.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Yardi and Avid experience preferred
