Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Experience with calibrated equipment like calipers and micrometers
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD files
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Inspection experience for machined parts and assemblies
  • Inspection experience for electrical components and PCBs
  • Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, or IATF 16949 standards

Nice-to-have

  • IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 Certification
  • Experience with Jira, MES, ERP, or Teamcenter systems
  • Knowledge of First Article Inspection requirements
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented self-starter in fast-paced environments

Key Requirements

  • U.S. Person Status required for controlled data access
  • 3+ years experience in quality assurance or inspection role
  • Technical or Associates degree in quality/mechanical/aerospace engineering preferred
  • Able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
