Job Summary
The Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) provides routine restorative nursing care to residents, focusing on improving or maintaining their mobility and independence.
Essential duties include assisting residents with exercise, transfers, ambulation, range of motion, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
The RNA is responsible for charting care, maintaining a positive environment, and reporting significant findings or changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse and other relevant staff.
