Job Summary

  • Resident Advisors live in an ISU residence hall and are responsible for students’ safety, engagement, personal development, and daily supervision.
  • RAs will create and lead daily group activities, identify and respond to behavior issues, maintain program records, and serve as on-call.
  • Room and board are provided by Upward Bound, and RAs may be invited to participate in an out-of-state trip with paid travel expenses.
